In order to keep our prices low, we ask that all our customers making a purchase, agree to read 10 emails which will be delivered "one" a day for 10 days. Each email will have a credit link in it for you to click and verify that you have read it. If you left "Auto OptOut" turned on (which is default setting) once you click the link in the 10th email you will never get another email from us. Yes you will be able to remain a customer in our store and not be required to read any more emails on subsequent purchases.
MERCHANTS;
Buying or renting space within our Co-op store does not constitute the purchase of a business opportunity. Your business belongs to you and is your responsibility. Any and all profits generated by the sale of your products from within the Co-op store are yours. Likewise any refunds necessary on your products is your responsibility.

In simple terms spam (a.k.a. unsolicited commercial e-mail, unsolicited bulk e-mail, mass e-mail, junk e-mail) is a message that advertises goods or services that you send to someone without their prior consent or in the absence of a previous relationship (including newsgroup, IRC channel, or message board postings unrelated to the topic of discussion of the particular newsgroup, channel, or message board).
sixdollarscript.com strictly prohibits the sending of unsolicited mass messages of any kind. We will not tolerate spam and will terminate the account of any member who violates our anti-spam policy. Your account will be closed, your referrals will be lost, and you will forfeit any unpaid money on your account.
Should any law enforcement agency, internet service provider or other person or entity provide sixdollarscript.com with notice that you have engaged in transmission of unsolicited e-mails or have engaged in otherwise unlawful conduct or conduct in violation of an internet service provider's terms of service, we reserve the right to cooperate in any investigation relating to your activities including disclosure of your account information.

CAN-SPAM Amendment
By becoming a sixdollarscript.com Member, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing (CAN-SPAM) Act of 2003. The ACT can be found in its entirety at: http://spamlaws.com/federal/108s877.html
You agree to fully and completely indemnify sixdollarscript.com, its members, officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates, for all damages arising from your breach of any of the obligations set forth in the CAN-SPAM Act. Upon notice from sixdollarscript.com.com to you requesting that you terminate e-mail solicitations, you shall immediately stop sending any e-mail solicitations promoting the sixdollarscript.com services and/or products.
You also acknowledge and agree that you will use brokers or third parties to deliver e-mails promoting the sixdollarscript.com services and/or products only if each one of them acts in compliance with the terms of the CAN-SPAM Act, agrees to fully and completely indemnify you and sixdollarscript.com, its members, officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates, for all damages arising from their breach of any of the obligations set forth in the CAN-SPAM Act and you have the ability to terminate distribution with or procurement by any such third party on not more than 24 hours notice. You shall be solely responsible for any breach of these obligations by any such third party.
